Positive Influence: Transforming Your Team with Glenn Parker

In today’s episode, we have Glenn Parker, an accomplished author, team building consultant, and community activist. Glenn is the mastermind behind 17 books, including bestsellers on team building and leadership, and the renowned Parker Team Player Survey, which has sold over one million copies. He’s here today, to talk about the power of positive influence leadership, a topic that couldn’t be more relevant in our current climate. 

 

Glenn and his son, Michael, co-authored ‘Positive Influence: The Leader Who Helps People Become Their Best Self’, and the recently released follow-up book, ‘Positive Influence II: Leadership in a Time of Crisis’.
