Aligning for Success: Increasing Profitability with Richard Nugent

I’m incredibly excited about today’s episode which is with my good friend, former colleague, and culture expert, Richard Nugent. It’s an episode that pulls no punches, which is also the case in his new book, ‘The Alignment Advantage’.

We all know that strategy, culture and customers are the key elements of any business.  And those of us in senior leadership positions would like to think that those of us in leadership positions have a shared understanding of what these words mean. But it turns out that in most organisations, that’s simply not the case in most organisations.

That may or may not surprise you, but one of Richard’s key findings is sure to make you stop what you’re doing and pay attention. Studies show that organizations which are highly aligned are 72% more profitable than their competition.

‘The Alignment Advantage’ shows how you can achieve this through a practical and proven framework which can be adapted to all businesses, whether it’s a small start-up, multinational organization or somewhere in between.
