Getting Recognition Right with Debra Corey

Debra Corey is a highly experienced and award-winning HR leader, consultant, world-class speaker, and five-time best-selling author who has been named as one of the top 101 Global Employee Engagement Influencers and HR Most Influential Thinkers.

After 20+ years working for global companies such as Gap Inc, Merlin Entertainments and Reward Gateway, she now inspires and ‘pays it forward’ by helping others develop and deliver HR strategies in a rebellious way, pushing the boundaries and challenging the status quo to truly drive employee engagement.

Debra has a new book out called ‘See it, Say it, Appreciate it’.

With 65% of employees saying that they don’t feel appreciated, and 75% of employees who quit their job citing a lack of recognition as the key driver, clearly something’s not working. Debra’s book is written as a call to action and how-to-guide for managers who want to get it right.

She has also kindly given us two copies of the book to give away to listeners of the show for free. All you need to do is click on the link in the show notes below.
