Today we are talking about moving from being a manager who focussed solely on the numbers, to being a leader who focuses on the people and as such, shifts the numbers in the right direction. I’m excited to bring on Brij Thankey, founder and CEO of Precision FM.

Precision FM is a fast-growing SME with its total focus on employees, who in turn have a total focus on their customers. Brij wants to have the most employee-centric company in the country, delivering exceptional facilities management, which he plans to do through recruiting and developing brilliant people to deliver outstanding customer service.

Set up in Leicester in 2012, the company offers a total facilities management service spanning the entire building and property management environment. Experienced in delivering FM services to many different sectors, from commercial maintenance, defence facilities, public sector services and beyond, they handle the complexities of specialised building usage operations
