Today we’re joined by Rowe Hoffer who is the Executive Assistant to Mitchell Bake – the Chief Executive Officer at Mozilla. She has been doing this role for 11 years which is quite incredible when the average tenure for an Executive Assistant in Silicon Valley is two to three years, with five years considered to be a long time!
Rowe has seen the good, the bad and the ugly in terms of leadership, as well as having great leadership experience herself through leading other Executive Assistants and being a champion for the development of the role.
I loved my conversation with Rowe. She shared so many pearls of wisdom around what it means to be a leader and how to unlock the full potential and power of the senior executive and EA relationship.
