The Leadership Challenge – Update with Jim Kouzes

This week, I’m super excited to bring you a second interview with one of the world’s foremost leadership researchers and authors: Jim Kouzes.

Jim is the co-author of ‘The Leadership Challenge’, now in the seventh edition following the latest round of global research.

I first had the pleasure of interviewing Jim on episode 64 of the show, and if you’ve not listened to that episode, please listen to it right after this one.

This episode has been planned for many months and it is going to be invaluable to you. We get to hear, directly from Jim, what people really want from a leader. He also shares with us how this has changed over the past few years as a result of Covid.
